Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the storied Beidler family home and explore an exemplary demonstration of stewardship, in which the family has preserved the delightful architectural character of the house while overseeing a sensitive evolution and adaptation to effectively support their lives over more than a half century. Architect Thomas Rajkovich will discuss Harrie T. Lindeberg's design of the house and the "hidden" opportunities it presented for creative solutions to address the family's changing lifestyle needs. The Beidlers exemplify the New Stewardship - a laudable commitment to preserving Lake Forest's artistic and cultural heritage by securing a durable future for important works of architecture, which collectively define the City's cherished, unique character and have earned it national renown.
Fundraiser tickets are $150 and space is limited to 50 guests. Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails (including a signature Harrie T. Lindeberg) will be served.
